How can I make a booking?
Answer
There are several ways for you to make a booking:
1. You can fill out a booking form on our website and send it to us.
2. You can make your enquiery directly via e-mail on info@dalmatia-heritage.com.
3. There's also an option for you to contact us via our social media.

Question:
How does a booking process work?
Answer
After you send us a filled booking form and we arrange your tour, we will send you an invoice for a 30% to 50% deposit (depending on the program). Important thing to remember is that deposits are non refundable.
After receiving your deposit, we will issue an official booking confirmation and after paying full payment we will send you a document with all the information and details of the tour such as contact info, times od departures, itinerary and other necessary information. Full payment is required before departure.
Booking form is a legal contract; once submitted and confirmed, all provisions in the Terms and Conditions apply.
Question:
What is the preffered form of payment?
Answer
For the final payment bank transfer is the preferred form of payment for HRK (Kuna) payments. Bank transfer is the preferred form of payment and HRK (Kuna) is the preferred currency. If you're not able to pay in kunas, you can make your payment in € (Euro) via PayPal.

At the same time, please send an e-mail to info@dalmatia-heritage.com detailing the sent payment including details of the paid service, reservation, passenger names and agency. If you want to make your payment in some other way, please contact us before that at least two weeks before the start of your tour.
Question:
Are car/bus transfers included in tour prices?
Answer
All transfers that are needed for your trips and excursions that are connected with your program are included in price and will be done with maximum care, with professional drivers. It is the responsibility of the tour participant to be at the transfer point at the designated time. Private transfers for any kind of service that is not included in program are extra charged.
Please take note that you provide us all the necessary details for your arrival transfer, such as flight number, arrival airport and arrival time. Neither Dalmatia Heritage or its providers are responsible for late arrivals due to flight delays or any other reason. If you are delayed, we will do our best to transfer you to the program whenever you arrive.

What can I do if I have a problem booking one of your tours?

What if I dislike some part of the tour program?
Answer
If you are not satisfied with any part of the program while you are already on the tour, and your guide is not able to fix the problem, feel free to contact us directly in Dalmatia Heritage, so we can fix everything in an easier way.

Travel insurance is not included in the published prices.

Our online booking system uses the encryption system SSL to ensure the best standards to guarantee the security of your personal data.

In which language are the tours offered?
Answer
If not otherwise specified, the tour will be given in English. Most of our tour guides are multi-lingual, so there is the possibility to quickly explain things in another language. If you have a group of 10 or more that would like to do a tour in another language, please contact us and we will do our best to arrage a tour in your language.

Are tours only about history and culture?
Answer
Our goal is to enrich our guests with an authentic experience through Dalmatia's historical and cultural sites intertwined with our clear blue sea and never-ending sunshine. Food is a large part of that, and during the tour you will also learn about culture, history, and life of the locals.
Our offer includes one-day tours and excursions as well as package tours consisting of 3 or more days. Next to our culture tours we also have adventure tours for guests who prefer adrenaline based vacation.
